Returns & Refund Policy

  1. Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're
not satisfied for any valid reason, our return policy allows you to return the
purchased item within 7 days of the date you received the product. To be
eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that
you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

This does not apply to branded/personalized items, unless
for reasons of manufacturing faults.

Please check size guides to make sure you take the correct
size on each item.

  1. How to Initiate a Return for Refund or Exchange :

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 - Contact our customer support team at
admin@corocorporate.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you want to return,
and the reason for the return.

- Our customer support team will guide you through the
return process and provide you with a return shipping address.

- Due to our very low profit margins, we regret that the
customer will be accountable for charges of returning the parcel back to us as
well as the shipping of the replacement items back to themselves.

- Note that returns take 5-7 working days to process.

- Returns are done via courier only ( we are strictly an
online store)

- If payment was made by
credit card, 7 working days must have passed since the purchase to ensure funds
have cleared in our account and are not reversible.

 

  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you
an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Items not eligible for a refund will be as follows:

  • Item returned in more than 7 days from when received.
  • Item returned for reasons not valid (I.e. Wrong size) – you may
    still exchange.
  • Personalized or Branded Items. – you may still exchange.
  • Item in bad condition or not in original packaging.
  • Sale items (unless of manufacturing error)
  • Any other reason we may see fit but not mentioned above.

 - If your return is approved, your refund will be processed,
and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment
within 7 business days.

 - A 5% refund fee is levied on any refunds should they be approved.

 

  1. Exchanges

 If you received a defective or damaged item, are unhappy
with your item, need a different colour or size etc. and would like to exchange
it , please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the
exchange process.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

 - Gift cards

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund,
the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you have not returned
it on your own account.

 

  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank
account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before
your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not
received your refund, please contact us at admin@corocorporate.co.za

 

  1. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or change our return policy
at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
